How to make it an A+: Delicious! While I prefer a cold lobster roll (even though the warm version is considered “Connecticut-style”!) this one is still so, so tasty. I think the addition of celery and dill felt like cold lobster territory (begging for mayo), so I probably would have just focused on the seasoned butter aspect, but no matter which version you choose, can you really go wrong?
