About last night!!! I had a little social distancing shindig that just screamed fall. We sat around a fire and enjoyed three courses of simple, tasty food. First up, this Warm Brussels-Sprout Dip from Martha Stewart Living! Details below!
Rating: A-
How to make it an A+: It’s flavorful and tasty, just a little one dimension. I would add some marinated artichokes to the mix, or even roast the Brussels sprouts (and slightly chop after) so they get really charred to add another layer of flavor. Note: Since we were social distancing and sitting six+ feet apart, I divided the dip into individual ramekins. If you do this, just lower the cooking time slightly! Enjoy!
