How to make it an A+: It’s good. Just boring. I could suggest a thousand other spices to add for complexity, like cumin, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic salt, cayenne, or you could just up the chili powder and add some additional salt and pepper and next time make my favorite tofu tacos from Real Simple, instead.
