This Vanilla Bean Clafoutis with Raspberries & Nectarines, from Good Housekeeping, might just be my new favorite sweet treat. Full disclosure: My kids did not appreciate the texture, even though I kept telling them it was like a crepe in pudding form. Whatever, more for me!
