Grilled Corn on the Cob with Feta and Chives

How to make it an A+: The easiest street corn around!

Cherry Berry Breakfast Custard
Rating: A-
How to make it an A+: Great taste. I’d cook a little less. It definitely doesn’t make huge portions!

Grilled Surf and Turf Salad
Rating: A-
How to make it an A+: I don’t know if it really needs to be a salad, but the greens are nice! Also, the shells on the shrimp are just an inconvenience!

Brussels-Sprouts Tacos

Strawberry Biscuit Sheet Cake
Rating: A+
How to make it an A+: The best strawberry shortcake I have ever had!!!

Grilled Leek Potato Salad
Rating: B+
How to make it an A+: Nice. Flavorful. I was just really wishing it was a little creamier. I’d probably add a little mayo or heavy cream to the mix next time around!

Gluten-Free Zucchini Brownies
Rating: B+
How to make it an A+: Great flavor, but not stable enough. Even when the knife comes out clean, keep cooking a little while longer!

Dominican Corn Pudding
Rating: A
How to make it an A+: A tad too sweet for me, but pretty different and pretty tasty. I loved the cinnamon, and preferred it served cold!

Hatch Chile Mac ‘N’ Cheese
Rating: B+
How to make it an A+: I was hoping for more fire. Chop up some fresh jalapeños to serve on top with additional shredded Pepper Jack and some more S&P!

Dad’s Creamy Cucumber Salad
Rating: A-
How to make it an A+: The flavor is great, but it’s too heavy on the onions. Up the cucumber, or even add in some diced tomatoes!

Crab Quiche I
Rating: A+
How to make it an A+: SO delicious. Serve alongside some mixed greens, drizzled with olive oil and S&P!
Happy Cooking!!!!
