Turkey-Pumpkin Chili

After last night’s Warm Brussels-Sprout Dip, I served up a big hearty bowl of Real Simple’s Turkey-Pumpkin Chili! It was a lovely meal to have outside on a chilly night in front of a roaring fire. Details below!

Rating: B+

How to make it an A+: The first bite is AMAZING. But, you really need to balance out the broth and water so it’s not too rich, but not too watery. I would add 1 cup of broth, and a 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water next time. Also, add some cheese and definitely include the hot sauce. It really is a fun one, though!
