I’ve always enjoyed Indian food, but living in England is where my passion for the cuisine really began. Curries are found everywhere over there–in a basic “pie shop,” on baked potatoes, in a cafe sandwich, on a street corner, or at a fine dining establishment. Indian became a huge part of my daily, culinary life, so to try a Tikka Masala from a UK publication (in this case Tesco Magazine) just makes me smile! Details on this tasty, authentic recipe below!
