Everyone loved these Thyme-Roasted Carrots in my house! How could you not? Tons of salt, pepper, oil, and caramelization. And that’s about it! Super-easy with BIG flavor. That’s how Chrissy Teigen likes to do it! Check out the details below.

How to make it an A+:  I really do not find the thyme taste strong, or even necessary. I would save the money and skip the ingredient completely, but if you’re really craving some thyme, chop the herb and sprinkle instead of just strategically placing sprigs. I needed to increase the cooking time to make sure I got those perfectly caramelized underbellies!
