How to make it an A+: I hate to make the swap, but nicely browned pork instead of chicken will give this dish an instant upgrade! Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and kick up the heat with some thinly sliced red chillies. If you want to add a little sweetness, some sweet chili sauce will do the trick! Enjoy!
