Tonight, on my own, I tried out her Sweet-Potato Turkey Chili with Cilantro Oil and Pepitas! This dish was fabulous–just the right amount of spice and sweetness, and her little toppings made it all extra special! Details below!
How to make it an A+: So good. I don’t think the pepitas or tortillas are necessary (store bought crushed chips are fine), but the cilantro oil?! MY GOODNESS. It adds the perfect little garlicky-sweet hint to each bite!
