A magazine I used to read in the U.K. had a feature “If You Only Make One Thing This Week,” or something like that. It’s been awhile now (and, well, pregnancy brain), but that phrase and feature always stuck with me whenever I made something that was beyond incredible. I would consider such a dish part of my own personal “If You Only Make One Thing This Week” arsenal. This Cravings cookbook recipe, Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage, definitely earned a spot in that category. Delicious, simple, flavorful, restaurant-quality–all the positive adjectives with this one. Check it out as soon as possible for an outstanding dinner or appetizer.
How to make it an A+: Perfection. Note: The “serves two as a main course” guideline can definitely be stretched to almost three, or “serves two adults and two toddlers!” Enjoy!
