I completely agree with Chrissy Tiegen’s foreward to this recipe, her Sweet and Salty Coconut Rice really is one that you cannot stop eating, even when your stomach is at absolute capacity. It’s a crack dish, for sure. Serve it alongside any fish, or appropriate meat (like I did with Waitrose’s Sticky Soy-Braised Spare Ribs), or throw some mango on top and voila, you have dessert!
How to make it an A+: Oh. My. God. A+ in my book!
