I had my first bit of red meat since New Year’s, and if there is any right way to have a cheat day, THIS IS IT! Molly Baz did not disappoint with her Strip Steaks au Poivre.
How to make it an A+: This sauce is drinkable. I’d watch that 120º cook time, though. I found the steaks a little more towards med-well at that point. Really, really good, though!
