This Strawberry Pavlova was THE perfect choice to close out our Valentine’s Day 2019. It’s sweet, creamy, and fits with the V-Day colors of red and white! I love meringues (not as much while pregnant, though, because, while it satisfies sweet cravings, it’s not super substantial so I had to eat WAY TOO MUCH of this dessert), and the combination of cream, creme fraiche, and strawberries was just so lovely.
