I am just obsessed with Ina Garten’s new cookbook: Modern Comfort Food. Everything looks as to die for as, say, the Cravings cookbook series, but without the ridiculousness. How to make it an A+: It’s actually really delicious. I do have to offer a couple tweaks, though. First, my peas needed to cook for much longer. At least an additional 45 minutes. And, the kielbasa is so delicious and amazing, but very tough to eat on top in a large slice. I would chop the kielbasa (before or after cooking) and sprinkle overtop!
