How to make it an A+: It’s really good. I’d love to add some Italian sausage for a little flavor complexity and boost. Other than that, my complaint is that it’s a little too watery. I’d leave with the top off for a little longer, set the squash in a colander before serving, and maybe even use a slotted spoon for the sauce!
