Sicilian Lemon Pappardelle with 'Nduja and Crunchy Breadcrumbs

If you’re having company over and looking for a dish to wow a crowd, look no further.  Pasta is always a safe bet for dinner parties because it usually takes a short time to cook and put together. Instead, it’s all about the prep, which you can do before guests arrive. This Sicilian Lemon Pappardelle with ‘Nduja and Crunchy Breadcrumbs from Delicious magazine is no exception. This was my first time working with ‘nduja, and while it was a pain to locate (I ended up purchasing at NYC’s Eataly), it was pretty fun to work with. This spreadable sausage makes for a flavorful sauce that really hugs each piece of pappardelle. I also love pasta dishes that are heavy on the breadcrumbs.
