As if short ribs aren’t good enough by themselves, they then get turned into hash. Short rib hash is one of my favorite things on the planet. Salty, spicy, bold flavors, crisped to perfection, to be soaked up with a runny yolk–AMAZING! This version for Short Rib Hash & Eggs from Ina Garten is one of my new favorites!
How to make it an A+: Just the way this recipe is deserves an A+, so feel free to leave it alone. But I was missing some of my favorite flavors so would probably add a ton of red bell pepper to this version, or swap out the Brussels sprouts with cabbage, because I LOVE cabbage. Either way, enjoy!
