Another hit from the Cravings cookbook! Chrissy Tiegen’s Sesame Chicken Noodles are a summer-must! This COLD pasta dish, makes it perfect to travel with! We packed it up for our beach blanket, but it’s just as easily enjoyed on your dinner table, for a quick lunch, or as a pot-luck side. The multi-purpose dish has BIG flavor, and a lot of it. It’s not lightly dressed, there’s enough of this fabulous dressing to slurp up with a spoon after the noodles are long-gone. Another plus—the noodles and chicken are cooked in the same pot, so easy cleanup!
How to make it an A+: I would also add some extra texture to the dish, so perhaps some chopped peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, and extra scallions. Thinner noodles would be a nice change, too…
