
The way to my husband’s heart is definitely breaded chicken. Well, maybe pizza, and then breaded chicken. This version for Seeded Chicken Schnitzel from Ottolenghi, is a nice change-up from your usual panko-crusted version, and still got his two thumbs up. Feel good about the addition of sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in this easy, weeknight hit. Details below!

How to make it an A+: The tasty breading is pretty thick, so I think the chicken needs more than a squeeze of lemon juice. I would make a lemon/wine/butter sauce to really give the chicken something to soak up! Note: My grocery store was out of black sesame seeds, so I just added additional white!
