Sea Bass with Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, and Salsa Rustica

Now, this is a meal. I have a lot of go-to sources for nightly meals–Chrissy Teigen, Ina Garten, Real Simple–but, if I want something show-stopping gourmet, I go to Martha. Martha Stewart Living’s Sea Bass with Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, and Salsa Rustica is a one-sheet wonder. Cooked right in a single pan, this recipe offers minimal clean up, perfect flavors, and restaurant-quality presentation. Bonus: serve the fish cold, or slightly warmed, atop watercress, kale, or spinach salad with a maple, cider, dijon, or wine vinaigrette for an easy next-day lunch!

How to make it an A+: Delish! Get some nice quality sea bass and cook according to the fish size/width (not necessarily the suggested cook time.)
