How to make it an A+: It’s so delicious, just a couple minor tweaks. I wouldn’t toss half of the breadcrumbs into the recipe. They soak up too much of the sauce and take away too much of the creamy texture. I would stick with just sprinkling on top. Also, I wouldn’t toss the scallops back into the pasta. They get too moist and you lose some of those crispy seared bits. I would also just place on top in the end.
