Rating: A+

How to make it an A+: A+ for being so easy and so tasty. This recipe features the dish as a make-ahead meal to freeze, so the baking directions are a little off. If you’re making to serve that night, like I did. Plan on baking for about 45 minutes. I kept the foil on for the first 30, then removed for the cheese to get nice and bubbly, almost golden. As long as its warm, though, you can’t really go wrong since every ingredient is already cooked, and unlike a lot of Italian ricotta dishes, there is no egg. Enjoy!
