Making Christmas cookies is just the best. Okay, while these Salted Caramel Cheesecake Blondies aren’t exactly cookies, they were the perfect little treat to cut into bite-size pieces, nestle into a mini-cupcake liner, and offer with all my other holiday goodies. Details below on how to make this Food Network Magazine recipe an A+!

How to make it an A+: The taste is great, but in order to properly set the center the edges need to get reallllly caramelized, and almost too chewy. I would next time offer a traditional graham cracker crumb base as a platform for the sugary filling.
