
I’m not exactly sure why there are hyphens in this, but here are the Roasted-Vegetable and Brown-Rice Bowls from Martha Stewart Living. Not the most exciting thing I’ve ever eaten, but these bowls sure are healthy, so no huge complaints here!

How to make it an A+: This really feels too simple to even be a recipe. There’s nothing that remarkable about any of it. I think the tahini need some form of sugar, perhaps maple syrup, and chopped peanuts on top are nice!
