I am never in the mood for fish tacos, so I do not know what got into me when all I could think about were these Roasted Salmon Tacos from Ina Garten. Maybe the dill, cucumber, vinegar action was basically screaming PICKLES to the taste buds of a pregnant woman. Whatever it was, this dish is delicious. Perfect for a Taco Tuesday or any day of the week!
How to make it an A+: As with any Ina recipe, be mindful of the salt. I usually hold back on the full amount, and then later sprinkle additional on if need be. I also found that the recipe made way more cabbage slaw than I needed, but, other than that, delish!
