How to make it an A+: Okay, the flavors are GREAT and the sauce really is an A+! But, the dish really needs to be baked after assembly. The dipping method will not offer a warm dish when it’s all through. Bake 350° F for 20 minutes, or until heated through, and then top with the onion and pepitas. And, I didn’t think the tortillas were as stuffed as I’d like, so next time, I’m going to up the recipe filling a little bit. Lastly, I’m a flour tortilla fan over corn, so I’m going to try this out in burrito form next! Make these little changes and this recipe is WORTH IT!
