Garlic and sweet potato? Yes, please! I’m a polenta girl in general, but these additions to this basic side definitely had my attention! Real Simple’s Roasted Garlic and Sweet Potato Polenta was a nice little side to cozy up against Delicious Magazine’s Red Wine Braised Beef and Vegetable Stew (that I just loooooove to make around Christmastime!)
How to make it an A+: I would up the pepper and garlic. It almost tastes a little too much like basic polenta. In addition to the roasted garlic, fry some thinly sliced cloves with the rosemary! Add salt and sprinkle!
