These Roasted Cauliflower Florets with Blood Oranges and Whipped Feta, from AllRecipes, presented beautifully, but fell a little short! I would keep it a little simpler with the tips below!

How to make it an A+: This had a lot going on yet still missing some flavors. I thought the pureed bits were just work and caused an imbalance. I would skip the yogurt, toss the cauliflower with crumbled feta and the other ingredients, and add some honey!
