You can really replace any fried rice recipe with cooked quinoa, but this recipe had a really nice mix of asparagus, zucchini, peas, and onion. How to make it an A+: Add some extra egg, and use a wok! Also, the Sriracha is not optional, mandatory all over, in my opinion! Be aware, it does not serve 4. Maybe as a side? But this pregnant lady got two nice portions out of this recipe.
