Pumpkin Roulade

After last night’s Warm Brussels-Sprout Dip and Turkey-Pumpkin Chili, the grand finale was Ina Garten’s Pumpkin Roulade! What a beautiful way to enjoy pumpkin! If you haven’t made a dessert roll before, do not be intimidated! And, I am typically not a huge ginger fan, but here it was delicious! Details below!

Rating: A+

How to make it an A+: Just delicious! If I was to be super-critical, I would barely mix the filling and eliminate some cream because I like a richer consistency, and I might even add cream cheese in addition to the mascarpone, but really, it’s pretty perfect. Enjoy!
