How to make it an A+: Served with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup, the recipe was great! I’d also add a pinch of salt. Note: The recipe below is lightly different than the one in the magazine. Differences included only 4 egg whites, 1.5 cups almond milk, 1 tsp maple extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 3 cups oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 chopped apple (which really shines) 1/2 cup wheat germ and 2 tbsp ground flaxseed for a healthy boost! I used 1/2 cup pecans within and sprinkled more on top!
