This Pumpkin Crunch Cake sure is tasty. How to make it an A+: RICH! A little too intense for my liking. I think it is about a stick of butter too much for me. I would remove one stick, and mix the other with some room temperature milk. Just enough to coat the entire top layer. Enjoy!
