Pumpkin Crunch Cake

I think I stumbled upon this recipe from My Baking Addiction when I was hungry scrolling through Facebook one day. It was one of those shared, decadent, dream recipes that you screenshot and almost never get around to making. Well, until it’s a rainy Sunday afternoon and you have a friend coming over! This Pumpkin Crunch Cake sure is tasty. With a custardy, pudding, pumpkin pie-like bottom, and a buttery cake and pecan crunch topping, it basically has all the components for the most sinful treat of all time. Details below!

Rating: B+

How to make it an A+: RICH! A little too intense for my liking. I think it is about a stick of butter too much for me. I would remove one stick, and mix the other with some room temperature milk. Just enough to coat the entire top layer. Enjoy!
