A perfect pastry for some morning visitors and another great use of nigella seeds! These Turkish turnovers, known as Potato-Feta Bourekas, from Martha Stewart Living, are simple and tasty. See modifications below

How to make it an A+: Reserve this recipe for leftover mashed potatoes. Good ones will provide a nice flavor and cut down your active time. Add extra chives and be generous with the salt and pepper. Also, nigella seeds aren’t necessary. Opt for sesame seeds if they are already in your cabinet!
