Oh my goodness, this is good. Chrissy Teigen’s Pot Pie Soup with Crust Crackers may as well be a chicken pot pie, just a sort of deconstructed version. (Read “easy”) I am able to find rotisserie chickens everywhere still, so purchase one ASAP and make this large dish. You can eat half now and freeze half later to get you through this crazy quarantine period!!

Rating: A+

How to make it an A+: So, so, so good! Way easier and faster than a proper chicken pot pie! As mentioned above, eat half, freeze half. And then bake the second disk of dough when you thaw the second half. Enjoy!
