How to make it an A+: The broth is incredible. I didn’t want to waste a drop, so I shredded a rotisserie chicken into the leftovers. It was so heart-warming and lovely! My only adjustment would be to use a pepper spicier than the jalapeño, or do not let the lime juice tone the pepper down at all, and instead sprinkle it on separately. I thought it needed the kick!
