Well, this is different! I love a recipe I’ve never tried before, and I had definitely never made Savory Online’s Plantain-Crusted Chicken Fingers with Tropical Dipping Sauce!
How to make it an A+: They’re okay, and the dipping sauce is great, but a breaded chicken is just so much better. The kids loved the extra chips to snack on though! I’d do a coconut crust and serve with the dipping sauce!
