Grown-up Tuna Helper is the best way to describe this dish from Food Network Magazine! I have never been a canned tuna/tuna salad type of gal, and I don’t know if it’s the bringing me back to my childhood, pregnancy, or it’s just that good, but I’m inhaling huge portions of this Pimiento Mac and Cheese with Tuna! It’s pretty easy, and basically a one-pot meal (with the exception of boiling pasta), which makes this a great weeknight option. See the recipe below!
