
This is my slight nod to St. Patrick’s Day this year! I had no time for a big Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner, so I picked something with salty meat, cabbage, and carbs! Does this count? Either way, this Pappardelle with Cabbage, Prosciutto, and Sage, from Real Simple magazine, sure is fun!

How to make it an A+: It’s pretty tasty! The cabbage is great, though I would definitely prefer some corned beef, or even crispy pancetta, to the prosciutto. Also, season generously with pepper before serving!
