Get the kids involved with the roll ups, have yourself a Spring Roll Bar, or make them the night before to pack for cold lunches. This versatile, colorful recipe will please the whole family!
How to make it an A+: The pancake is awesome. Focus on the wraps and fill with whatever your heart desires. I am CRAVING the best chicken pad thai wrapped up in one of these bad boys. If you want something more true to a traditional spring roll, though, skip the deli ham, and try some cooked pork, shrimp, or crab. We’ll call it a grown-up version. Enjoy!
