Martha Stewart Living’s Morning-Glory Muffins make for a wonderful start to the day! Filled with a bunch of good stuff–grated apples and carrots, unsweetened coconut, pepitas, and raisins–you can go ahead and ignore the cup of dark brown sugar and think you’re off to a healthy start! These muffins are worth it, trust me.
How to make it an A+: No changes needed! (I just greased the muffin tins instead of using paper cups, FYI. I usually reserve those for cupcakes!)
