How to make it an A+: Well, it’s hard to have this pea salad after my favorite Pea Pesto Salad from Ina Garten, but, if you must, try shaving some parmesan overtop! And, full disclosure, after a power outage and losing my frozen peas, I had to resort to a can from my bunker for today’s dish!
