If you’ve been following along with my two earlier posts, we have had a light, no-fuss appetizer, a colorful summertime entree, and have now capped it all off with this Lemon & Almond Meringue Pie, also known as Heaven. Seriously, adding a layer of marzipan to the sugary/tart pie classic was GENIUS. I will say, this is more of a lemon tart than actual pie, though. It’s a UK recipe, so Americans might be expecting something completely different. Whatever you want to call it, you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!
