Boy, did my first dabble into the Magnolia Table cookbook start out strong. I LOVED this Layered Arugula Salad! Moving forward, I think every salad should be made in a trifle bowl to maximize the beauty of spicy/sweet nuts, colorful pomegranate seeds, blue cheese, and some other goodies!
How to make it an A+: Wouldn’t change a thing. Maybe add a salmon fillet for the most perfect dinner ever.
