Stop & Shop’s Korean Stir-fry with Pork and Asian Noodles serves up a large and healthy portion of soba noodles and veggies, veggies, veggies! You/ll have an abundance of mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and sweet potatoes in this one skillet meal! The recipe calls for a large nonstick skillet, but unless your skillet is HUGE, you may have to pull out your wok, or stir the meal together in a bowl, off the heat. Either way, you’ll be left with some clean flavors in this tasty Asian dish.
How to make it an A+: You don’t want to overwhelm the veggies in this dish, because that’s really the point of the recipe: natural flavors from a variety of the healthy stuff. I do crave a little extra kick, though, so I drizzled my plate with some sriracha, hoisin sauce, and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
