I have a love/hate relationship with the Magnolia Table cookbook. Some recipes feel like pure garbage, while some recipes are OUTSTANDING. This one falls somewhere in the middle. The King Ranch Chicken with Mexican-Style Jicama Salad is tasty, but pouring some questionable ingredients into one big pot felt icky. It will feed a crowd, though!
How to make it an A+: I just don’t ever need to eat this again. I would instead make her incredible Beef Enchiladas and put the Jicama Salad on the side!
