How to make it an A+: I do NOT care for rice that is fried to a crisp. I think the flavors here are great, but let’s just stick with plain, steamed rice, shall we? If you insist on making this crisped version, do NOT use leftover rice, as she offers. It will not stick together the same as the fresh stuff which you really need for these patties. Enjoy!
