I saw these Kale-Artichoke Stuffed Shells on Instagram and just had to know more. They turned out to be part of a Food & Wine recipe that really reminded me of my favorite Spinach & Artichoke Dip. While it’s not the same, it’s pretty darn good. Details below!
How to make it an A+: It’s really good, just didn’t wow us. I think doubling up the marinara would really help. Also, I wasn’t that impressed with the cannellini beans, and was dreaming of some traditional ricotta!
