I am a huge fan of cornmeal, so I knew I would love these Johnnycakes from Real Simple magazine. Mixing cornmeal with buttermilk and adding maple syrup…I mean, come on. These little numbers are perfect for an easy breakfast, or perhaps on the side of some BBQ, Mexican food, or chili! Enjoy!
