People Magazine wasn’t where I expected to find a recipe favorite, especially one by Lance Bass, but he is seriously onto something with his Jalapeño Chicken ‘Bombs’! These are a meat-eater’s (or a high person’s) dream–chicken, wrapped in bacon, with a cream-cheesy/jalapeño filling. Details below!
How to make it an A+: I would kick it up a little by adding additional chopped jalapeño. Also, sprinkle with salt before serving!
